Special Alloys
We make special alloy ingot for casting in sand and shell for injection and extrusion. In the manufacture process, electromagnetic induction furnaces are used which guarantee the homogenization of alloys and quality of the metal. We have dust collectors for handling and controlling emissions to the environment and the permanence of the process.
The empty ingot in molds with controlled cooling ensures a fine grain and avoids the porosities caused by trapped gases and solidification.
The ingots are cut with mountain range, thus they do not present the zone of typical oxidation of trapezial ingots and thereby increase the yield in their fusion.
The alloys are controlled by means of spectrometers of optical emission with international standard certificate.
